That embodies honesty, integrity, and a genuine concern for you not only as a customer but as just a human being even though chaos, and daily mis communication errors. I’d like to take just a moment to introduce this awesome lady and her l name is Sylvia and you’d think way she presents herself you’d assume she owned the company simply because the care and compassion that exudes to everyone. I’d be less of a human if i didn’t take a few minutes to sing her praises for all to hear! This is now my second time that she has moved my family. This being the second time the fist was not a fluke of good luck. This lady has yet again moved me again again with zero notice and a very tight dead line. He confidence gave me assurance that she would have it done in time and without any damage to my property. But look this a very long mess Of Potential problems and Impossible dead lines. I was assured of Their experience and Complete know How to get it done Even against the growing issues that would surely slow her down. But look this little lady ended up making this job into light work. She did everything she promised and made me a very happy customer and so much so I had to hunt her down to get details so i could brag to the world. This job, had it all, a lot of work, pissed off people from myself, to apt mgrs, delicate items to a tight deadline. I’d love to Give all crazy details but the most important thing here is her and how she conducted herself. She took this job and made good on every promise and never got an extra 10 cents for doing her Job. I’ve never been more impressed and look, I don’t forget agreed terms or How people turn impossible when held to their promises. She thrived off off my ridiculous requests which to me where very important and needed. I’ll never ever entertain a diff company This lady was fantastic and embodied everything you want in a mover and a best friend! Top that! Thank You Sylvia and the Smooth Mooover family. You achieved the impossible in moving me so quick, out of order and you don’t so with a smile the entire way! Super Grateful and comfortably moved. We just used Smooth Mooove to relocate my mom from her independent senior living apartment to our house yesterday. Milton and Peter were literally THE BEST! The guys were efficient, quick and careful. I felt very comfortable knowing they were taking great care with each piece they wrapped, transported and moved into their new location. I would hire this moving company any day of the week! Wonderful company with awesome people who care!
